| Maracuya
Passiflora Ligularis
The nearly round 4 to 7.5 cm in diameter Maracuya,
has a tough , smooth, waxy, skin (3 mm thick) ranging in hue
from light green to dark-purple. , Within are the aromatic
seeds, orange in color and all clustered togemer. The taste
is semiacid. We win the skin but it is preferable to let the
skim wrinkle and becdme pale in color before eating the fruit
because in this condition they are tastier.
