1 ½ cups crumbled crackers
6 tablespoons meted butter
1 ½ teaspoons powdered cinnamon (optional)
Mix
all ingredients, place the dough in a pie pan and press
against the bottom and sides with your fingers. Keep the
pan in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
This is an exquisite dessert, easy and quick, appropriate
for lunch or informal dinners.
