Our production process starts at the farm level, where we make sure Good Agricultural Practices are followed each step of the way. This is just one of the reasons our fruits are certified by the GLOBALG.A.P. standards. Among other things, this seal certifies that:

Post-harvest, our products are sent to our IFS Food Certified packing house in Chía, a town located about 1 hour north of Bogotá. More demanding than Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP), the IFS standard guarantees full and accurate traceability of all fruits and vegetables, sustainable use of water, electricity and gas, and close supervision of all of our fruit and packaging suppliers. Most importantly, this standard guarantees high food safety standards by preventing and monitoring biological contaminants (harmful bacteria and fungi), as well as other potential hazards.
